New Membership Features

The Membership application has been given a face lift.  Here are some of the new features that have been added:

  1. More intuitive interface and faster navigation with the new tree view menu.
  2. Advanced search and report features
  3. Associate photos to the family record or to individual family members

ADVANCED FEATURES:
Customers who purchase the advanced website plan have the ability to create custom fields for their membership database. This advanced feature allows administrators to create and manage data fields which they define. Once a custom field is created the administrator can choose to publish it under "My Profile" for the logged in member to update and view or have the field(s) viewable only through the administrative site.

If you have subscribed to our advanced website plan then you can access this feature by clicking on the user name then click the button titled "Custom Fields"; follow the directions on the corresponding page.

Another advanced feature made available to advanced plan customer is the ability to create multiple online directories. With this feature you can display custom directories apart from your general online directory. Custom directories could present groups like board of directors, employees, deacons, etc.

If you have subscribed to our advanced website plan then you can access this feature by clicking on the user name then click the button titled "Associate to Directory"; follow the directions on the corresponding page.
